Tax Calculation Engine Issue while Saving Vendor Bills

We are encountering an issue while saving the bill. We have disabled the tax calculation for vendor bills in Avalara, and we don't have any other tax engines in place besides the ones shown in the screenshot. Despite my efforts to find a solution, I have been unable to resolve this issue so far. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
