What is causing script errors for bills/PO after installing Transaction line distribution suite app

A/P clerks were getting script errors on vendor bills denying access and warehouse managers were getting script errors on Purchase orders immediately after we installed the transaction line distribution suiteapp. After uninstalling the suiteapp both A/P and PO entry went back to normal. What happened? I followed the prerequisites and downloading the suiteapp instructions.
