Invalid Ref Key for Subsidiary Error when Updatin Customer Record to Add Item Pricing via CSV Import
I have created a CSV import to Add Item Pricing to Customers. I have done it exactly as described in SuiteAnswers 72571. The customer is multi-subsidiary (the operate in Subsidiary 2 and Subsidiary 1 is the parent subsidiary). The Customer belongs to subsidiary 2. The items belong to Subsidiary 2 and also have Include Children checkbox checked. The import results in Invalid item reference key “xxxxx" for subsidiary 2. (xxxxx is the item internal id).
I have made sure the item I am testing with IS active.
I tested with a new item that only had subsidiary 2 (include children not checked) and that generated the same result.
