How to filter by inventory location available

I'm currently attempting to run a saved item search for a sublocation of our warehouse named Closeout Inventory. The issue I am running into is that the report is showing all inventory available for the sublocation and the main location. How can I filter this report to ONLY show inventory at the Closeout Inventory location that is greater than zero. I.e. if there was only one item that we put 200 units into Closeout Inventory location the report would only return results for one item and it would list 200 as the available inventory column.
