Customize the Location Form

Each of my store locations has one of five different landlords - which are setup as a Vendor. I wish to add a dropdown list to the Location Form that ties to the Vendor Record. I'm used to having the Customize Form option available, but the Location Form simply offers a Create New Field as an option under Customize.

I'd love to know how to do this. Thanks in advance!
