Vendor Default Payables Account changes not showing in the system notes

I was trying to create a vendor saved search that will show all GL Account Changes on the Vendors. However, I found that all the changes related to the "Default Payables Account" were not showing in the System Notes as well as in the saved search.

Would anyone please help me with this?
