How to access Transfer Order address fields to perform workflow conditional set field value action?
Hi Everyone,
I need some help with a workflow that should update a custom field on a Transfer Order based upon the record’s addressee field. As shown in the Workflow Log screenshot below, the condition evaluates to FALSE even though a custom ship to address was entered on the transfer order. I have tried many variations, including “Empty” and “Not Empty”, all with the same results. There just seems to be a problem with how I am accessing the address fields – I have tried addressee and addr1. I have also tried building custom formulas, which also
