Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Hi Guys,
Good Morning!
We're encountering an error when creating leads from the web store: "An error occurred during registration: The author internal id or email must match an employee."
This happens when our script, which sets certain values in the lead record, runs during lead creation from the web store.
When a lead is created from the web store, we run a script that sets specific values in the lead record.
We need to set a value for the sales team. If we don't set this value, the script displays an error prompting us to enter a sales team value. When we do set the sales team value, it sets successfully but still shows an error on the registration page. Setting the sales team value is mandatory for us.
