How can I edit the transactions view on related records subtab on an inventory item form

On an Inventory item I want to add the subsidiary between the Edit column and the date column under the related records subtab on the transactions sub list view. See Attachment. As administrator I can customize the view, but others can only see the standard item view. I don't want others to customize it I just want to add the subsidiary to the item view. Can this be done?
