Lot Auto Numbering SuiteApp - Inventory Detail form not working

Hello,

I'm testing unused features and the lot auto numbering is one of them.
I also have inventory status enabled.

Versions:
Lot Auto Numbering Version: 1.2.5
Netsuite Release Version: 2024.1,


Issue:
Fields do not become available on the inventory detail entry mask.

Fixes tried:
I have tried the following to fix it without success.

  • SA: 100726 removing and re-adding the script file ALN_InventoryDetails_CC_main.js on the custom inventory detail form
  • reinstalling the suiteapp completely
  • different combinations of lot number formats, lot fields and "optional" and "required"
  • re-checking lot numbering on item / new items

Missing entry fields on inventory detail form.
