Creating Record using Workflow not working?

Hi There

Note: All screenshots are of fictitious data

I have a scheduled workflow running on Estimate transaction records. One of the actions is to create a task record.

When the task record is created, however, I cannot find a way to set the 'transaction' field with a link to the estimate record

This results in an error where the transaction id cannot be set since the customer field is not populated.

how do i set the company field on the task record so that I can then set the transaction field?
