Customize General Preferences
Hi NetSuite Gurus,
Just want to ask if General Preferences can be customized?
For context, we have few configurations/settings in General Preferences > Custom Preferences created by script parameters. Problem with that is, whenever we make changes to that configuration, we can't track who and when change them as it doesn't have system notes, so we decided to create a custom record to replace that configuration.
Now, we need to create a button or link field that redirect to the custom record page to inform users that the configuration has changed its location.
Unfortunately, there's no URL field type in script parameter and hyperlink type doesn't work as clickable link. We're thinking if it's possible to create a button or something that when clicked, user will be redirected to the new configuration page.
