Currency Purchase

I have the following case:
I buy dollars through a bank.
The bank issues an invoice for the amount of dollars purchased, but issues it in pesos at an exchange rate.
Example: if I buy $100 USD with an exchange rate of $16.45 pesos MXN, the bank issues an invoice for the amount of $1,645 pesos MXN.
I pay that bill in dollars ($100 USD) and then they deposit that amount to my bank in pesos.
How can I record this transaction in netsuite?
