Quality Management - Successfully in use?

Has anyone successfully implemented the Quality Management? I have SOO many questions that the HELP Guide doesnt help with at all. The LCS pass has nothing regarding the Quality Management, and even google is no help. I need someone that is willing to answer questions about Data Fields and the proper set up and flow of items. The appropriate fields to complete, For instance: what goes in the Data Fields, vs Inspection Standards vs Pass Fail Criteria, how the data types effect the item level criteria.

This is such a frustrating module to find any HELPFUL information, makes me want to seek a 3rd party software integration to obtain success.
