Bill Payment Approval Error

Hi Team,

We are encountering this error when approving bill payment:
Notice (SuiteScript)
Warning : Payment processing is still in progess. Editing is not allowed for this transaction. For more information contact your NetSuite Administrator.

This is the first time it happened and no changes has been made in the past. The error occurs when approving the payment and after this appear, Approve/Reject button is no longer available and the transaction remains pending approval. We have tried deleting and recreating the transaction and also cancelling the workflow but same behavior/error occurs. We really appreciate your assistance regarding this. Thank you
