Intelligent Recommendations Bundle issue

I installed the SC Intelligent Item Recommendations bundle 317102 today. The first step to begin implementing is to go to Configuration and then to the Extensions subtab and then the Intelligent Recommendatiosn subtab. I went to Config>Extensions and there is no Intelligent Recommendations subtab.

Does anyone have any experience with this who can provide insight?
