send email notification once sales order is created

hi,

how do i send email notification once sales order is created from Job? basically, an email must be sent to the Project Manager upon creation of the Sales Order.

for example, on this job, i have martin as my project manager

if i create an SOV under related records, (SOV means Schedule of Value which is Sales Order on our end)

how do i send notification to Martin? is it possible?
