Handling Minnesota Retail Delivery Fee

Does anyone know if Netsuite is planning on supporting the new Minnesota retail delivery fee? I know that our Shopify platform supports it, and i am aware i can suite script a non-taxable item on there but before I customize everything I wondered if it was on the radar for Netsuite to support natively. Thanks.
