Billing Rate Card Row Limit

It turns out that an editing limit on billing rate card which stops at row/line limit of 437. When you update the next line items, the previous entry becomes blank.

Has anyone else come across this where the system is auto unsetting the value? any suggestions how to fix? i contacted netsuite, no help, just told me to refer to suiteanswers.
