Error when generating representing subsidiaries

Hello Netsuite community,

I am currently receiving the following error when generating representing subsidiaries:

Before creating additional subsidiaries it was fine. But when we add a new subsidiary and generate representing subsidiaries again we got the above error.

Can anyone assist please?
