Customer queries in Cyber Security industry
Hi guys,
We have been appointed by a customer dealing with Cyber Security and are been asked the below questions:
- Is the infrastructure compliant with the PCI framework?
- Is the infrastructure/solution regularly subjected to penetration testing?
- Does the solution adhere to any other regulatory standards, such as ISO 27001?
- What security controls are in place to protect the cloud environment (e.g., WAF, DDoS protection)?
- Is the data in our database encrypted?
- Is there a firewall in place?
- Can our cloud WAF be implemented
- Please confirm the solution supports GDPR compliance for data processing, security measures, data subject rights, data transfer, vendor responsibilities.
