How to uncheck the option 'DO NOT UPDATE COGS AND ASSET ACCOUNTS...'

Hi NetSuite Guru,

I checked the option below in Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences, and under Items/Transactions

DO NOT UPDATE COGS AND ASSET ACCOUNTS ON EXISTING TRANSACTIONS WHEN ACCOUNTS ARE CHANGED

and I found it could not be unchecked again.

Could I ask if it is possible to uncheck that option?
