Where does inactive billing class/rate cards live in Netsuite for querying

Does anybody know how to query inactive billing class/billing rate cards in netsuite? We have Power BI connected to Netsuite.

When you inactive a billing class, it seems to hide the data away. There is no documentation of this in netsuite or across the internet on how to query inactive billing class/rates
