Salesforce-to-NetSuite | Selling Bundle Items
Scenario :
We have an instance of Salesforce that our organization uses for CRM functions, and there is a (currently manual) hand-off to NetSuite at the point of Sales Order creation.
Our organization is newly exploring selling Bundled items. We are experiencing some challenges trying to make the config of the two systems work how they need to separately while landing the desired outcome in the invoice print, revenue recognition and tax categories.
We ruled out the Item Group option is it does not allow for proper Rev Rec set up. We're currently looking at Kit/Assembly, as we do have the ARM module in NetSuite and can use the 'Auto Expansion for Revenue Management' option.
