How to prevent promotions from changing when editing older sales orders?
We use dynamic customer groups and apply promotions based on the year to date invoiced dollars. Recently a customer reached the next promotion tier. How can I prevent old un-billed sales orders from updating to the next promotion tier? Ideally the old new orders should be using the new promotion and existing sales orders will stay in tact.
