You cannot submit this form due to an unexpected error in Purchase Order

Hi All

Please help advise how to solve this error when other Users borrow one of the User's Email account to login NetSuite, switching to the same Purchaser Role, one of the Users always encounter unexpected Submission error when posting Purchase Order in his computer?

Only one user is logged in to this Email Netsuite Account at any point of time.
