Accessing file attachment in header of vendor bill form

I was successful in creating a hyperlink to a file attachment in the header in the vendor bill form per the directions in SuiteAnswers. It works great; however, I would like file attachment to open in a new window. How can I adjust the logic to have the file attachment open up in a new window.
