Customer Center log in page not loading correctly

Anyone know why the customer center log in page is loading like this? The image links are broken and the page looks extremely outdated. We're looking to roll out Customer Center access to a few of our customers, but this log in page is horrific and has looked like this for the past week. Is this a known Netsuite issue, or is something wrong with the way my customer center log in page is set up? I don't believe I have access to customize this page, so I'm assuming it has to do with the former cause?

Any help would be appreciated!
