How to request purging of account for non renewing customer
Hi,
I would like to know and understand how we can have the a non renewing account to delete data in relation to users? Customer has signed back again with a different customer name and their intention is to use the same email addressed assigned to the old non renewed account but they are unable to do so.
It is has been almost 2 months that account has been set to lost, but still they cannot re assign the email address
Hope to have an answer for this.
