iPhone app not opening Excel files
Hi,
We are using the Netsuite iPhone and Android app for our engineers in the field.
Also we have custom records. At these custom records we attach files.
When we try to open those files in the app we are running into a problem.
Example is an Excel file which is added to a custom record. If we open the file over the android app we get the below screen:
The file itself is not opened directly but we can click on the link 'Open in External App'. In that case the excel file is opened.
However if we open the same file in the iPhone app the link 'Open in External App' is not shown. Only a blank page is shown from where we cannot click to open the Excel file.
