Vendor PrePayment No Void Button

Hello,

We encountered a Vendor Prepayment but the void button is missing.

We considered that it is posted in a closed period; however, per checking other transactions posted in the same period, they have the void button.

Noted that the Prepayment without void button is in fully applied status compared to the other one which is paid.

What is the difference between the two? Is their status the reason why the void button is missing? If yes, how can we void 1115388? Thanks!
