Display of Item Substitution Icons on Sales Order
When entering an inventory line item in a sales order, the Item Substitution column is blank and no icon is displayed UNTIL the blank column is clicked.
Is this expected behavior? I would tend to think that an icon (either Alert or Transposition icon) should be displayed once an item code is entered.
If this is indeed the expected behavior, is there any existing solution that would alert the user that the item has substitute items while a line item is being entered? Don't really want to look into scripting if there are other solutions.
