Location of Completed Customer Survey
I made a customer survey and while testing was able to submit the survey. I can see how many times the survey was taken, however, I cannot find the survey results. The parameters, which are supposed to track which customer takes the survey is not working properly because I can't find the completed surveys. The instructions say to put the customer name as a field on the survey but to hide it. I'm not understanding the correlation between the parameter and identifying the customer. How can I find the completed surveys and have it show the customer who completed it?
