Search to see how many times a record enters a state in a workflow
Hi There
I was wondering if it is possible to create a field on a record or a workflow level field which acts as a counter?
The use case:
The user wants to see how many times a transaction (sales order) has been rejected (ie. entered the 'rejected' state of an approval workflow).
I have a workflow history search which gives me the number though does not allow table joins to see the fields related to the sales order.
I'm trying to think of workarounds such as having a field where the number increments every time the workflow enters the rejected state.
