How are you accounting for your NetSuite lease?

Is anyone willing to disclose how you are accounting for your NetSuite lease?

Do you capitalize it as a capital lease asset (like property) and record a liability and depreciation, etc.?

An operating lease that is just a monthly expense?

Something else?
