Turn off "Search" in Online Form

Hello,
How do I turn off the search for online forms? My form in production applied the search functionality, but I was able to remove this on my form in the sandbox, though I have no clue how I did it.

I am finding that it has downstream consequences for company names that have special characters in the name.
