Workflow logs on Bill of Material Revisions

I am working with some workflows that are running on BOM Revisions. I have logging enabled -

The workflow is clearly running and performing as expected, but there are no workflow logs visible. It's - odd.

I haven't run into this before - and I couldn't find anything in SuiteAnswers - it's really difficult to troubleshoot without logs.

Why can't I see the workflow logs on the BOM Revision record?
