using netsuites po approval bundle, question on Next Approver Field

Hello,
I would like the ability to edit the next approver field on the NetSuite po approval work flow. As you can see even the field help text says it can be changed. How ever, when I edit the PO I cannot change that field. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
