Prevent Customer Refunds without Approval
Hi There
Customer refund transactions do not require approval as a standard NetSuite feature.
However, I am trying to implement a business process where a customer refund cannot be actioned (actually paid), unless it has been approved.
Other than preventing the user setting a payment method if it is not approved, is there any other way to prevent a customer refund from being made?
Would the customer hold status prevent a refund from being made?
