How can I display both the business and customer name in global search?

Netsuite stores individual and business customers. Each individual customer has a name (first and last). Each business customer has a company name.

Netsuite's global search displays only the business name, but not the customer's name. My users expect to the customer name and company name next to each customer record to efficiently search. How can I display both the business and customer name in global search?
