Is there a team which assists on troubleshooting J.P. Morgan Transaction Feeds?

There are few bank transactions which are not displaying on the Match Bank Data Page. When you check the Import Details from the Import List, the "missing" transaction has been imported together with the other transactions which appear on the Match Bank Data Page. It is not Automatched, and it does not have Duplicates as well. I hope there is a team where we can raise this concern for investigation.
