issue accessing NetSuite from phone
Hi Gurus,
User A is having issues accessing NetSuite via his phone's browser. He has no issue when using laptop but will receive the error message in the screenshot below when accessing via the phone browser. User has tried using his android phone and his iPad, but get the same result.
User is supposed to approve documents. Whether he clicks on the emailed link to view the document, or logs in to NetSuite (he is able to login) then attempts to view the document, he gets the same error shown in the screenshot. Their IT has tried clearing cache but the issue persists.
