Navigating Subtab - Single Letter Underlined in the Title is Missing

Hi,

NS provides keyboard shortcuts by pressing Alt + corresponding single letter underlined in the title of a subtab.

A client notices these lines are not available on some of his vendor records. He is requesting to restore the ones that are missing.

Can someone help explaining why some exist and some do not?
