Sales Rep Limited View on Customer Records They Don't Own
Hi all,
Hoping you might have some answers for me. I am trying to allow sales reps to view other customer records, but with very little visibility (like basically just the name and status, no other details or transactions).
I have both the "limit transactions by sales rep" enabled and have the role set to "own and subsidiary" with the allow viewing on, but there is still more on the record than I care to see.
I thought about creating a secondary customer form and dashboard that removes all of the details all on the form itself, then create a workflow to set the custom form field based on user = customer's sales rep, but workflows are notoriously bad at setting the custom form name.
