Adding Address Information to Revenue By Customer Report

Hi Guys,

I have tried serval times but with no luck. Is there a way to add the Billing/Shipping State & Country to the Revenue By Customer report?

The only thing the should solutions one the one hand but created discrepancies on the other is Address Books.
