Generate PDF/A-3 Standard PDF File in NetSuite

Hi,

I'm attempting to implement suiteanswers article 107539, I've download the ICC profile from adobe and added it to file cabinet with available without login.

All seems to be working in the template builder I can preview the template fine.

When I come to print from a quotation record I get an Unexpected error has occurred.

Has anyone successfully managed to get an accessible PDF out of NetSuite following this method? It's critical for us to produce accessible PDF@s following the change in the law.
