Authenticating to boomi rest API using Oauth2 and OKTA in SuiteScript 2.1

We are trying to improve our infrastructure security. We currently use 'Basic Authentication' to authenticate outbound calls from NetSuite to Boomi. This is simply done by putting a header in call using the N/https module.

We want to change to use Oauth2.0 and use OKTA as the identity provider. Does NetSuite support this?
