Custom Report Snapshot Error

I have been trying to creat a custom snapshot report that can show on my main dashboard - i have worked through this - but every time i try and add it to my dashboard it does either the below, or the netsuite error 502 but whatever, it will never load the data. I have tried, creating new reports from scratch or customizing existing reports that do work and not even making any changes but whatever, it doesnt load.

Am i missing something?
