Case Capture Duplicate Cases
We are using NetSuite's case management module to handle our support cases. We're running into an issue that creates duplicate cases and it seems like it might be common so we're hoping someone else has seen this.
NetSuite sends case e-mails out with a custom e-mail address in the "from" field (so it might be something like customerservice@company.com, or whatever you want to set it to) so that when a person receives the email, it looks like a normal e-mail address. However, the "reply-to" address is something like [EMAIL="cases.12345.678910_12345@cases.netsuite.com
