Hi @Honey Soe, More details about how to settle this you can get from our customer support team by raising a case. Also you can contact your Account Manager for NetSuite Oracle (in case you want to supplement the license count). Indeed, it happens that customers to use much more above the limit without warnings, but it has limited/no impact on customers. Best regards,
